Easy recipes, amazing results!
I love this book so much! My ex bought it originally and I was desperate to have my own copy but it's almost out of stock everywhere.
I am not a confident baker but everything I make with this book is a success! I would really recommend it. My all time favorite recipe is the Peanut Butter Brownie. It's so easy to make and even my non-vegan friends swear by it!

Plastic-free kettle
I have been trying to reduce plastic consumption and all the electric kettles had plastic so I decided to get this one instead. It has a very large capacity so great when I'll have guests. I only put the amount I need for myself and it boils very quickly in my opinion. I use a glove to hold the handle which I don't mind. I think I actually like the old-fashioned way of doing things.
