Enables the use of favourite pans which do not work on an induction hob.
1 of 1 found this helpful The converter is easy to use and transfers heat almost as quickly with it as without it. It is a good thing to have, enabling the use of those favourite pans which otherwise would have to be discarded. It is good to use with the stainless steel pans but not so good with the aluminium pans. It keeps hot for a while so it can be used as a warming plate. I am finding mine very useful, having just mover into a house with an induction hob, which I haven't used before.
