Really impressed, it exceeded my expectations
I have a 650l Red Sea reef tank. I had a persistent and bad outbreak of black slime algae, mainly on the sand bed. I used this as instructed, keeping the skimmer running but with the collection cup removed. After 24 hours, the slime looked like it was starting to slowly breakdown. However, by day 3 (I kept it in the water for longer) there was a big improvement. I did manually remove as much remaining slime from the sand bed as possible at this stage (the consistency had changed and it peeled off) and following this point the sand continued to improve daily and it is now pristine, with no slime algae at all. I did the treatment a few weeks ago, and am pleased to say that it has not returned. My outbreak was severe, but with a little manual cleaning along the way it worked incredibly well and exceeded my expectations. Fantastic product.
