  Misrepresented dirty, used item as “open box”. Item arrived with gross gunk and grime on them from obvious years of use. When I complained, seller insisted I got a “good deal” because the New msrp is higher than what I paid. Seems like a classic “bait and switch”. I will not deal with this seller in the future. See the caked on gunk in the photos below. Tell me if these look like a great deal, “open box” item to you.

  Buyer got a refund and free headphones. There was no misrepresentation, they just sat around unused so I decided to sell them. First negative feedback ever. Buyer made out like a bandit.
