Not a rivet-counter
As far as I can tell, this is an excellent model.
It seems to run well, although it's only run for about 3 minutes in total at the moment as my layout is far from complete, so it hasn't entered service yet.
Some components in the detailing pack can be quite fiddly to fit, especially the brake rods, but with patience inprove the loco's look quite a lot. Still unsure how to apply the tender flap though, as Bachmann's directions for this part are sketchy to say the least, but the vast majority of you won't even worry about it.
'Hong Kong' will make a good addition to my restoration society's steam line-up.
