This book is aimed at teenagers, and in true Tracy style doesn't disappoint. I have her first book and bought this for my daughter. It is clear and concise and everything teenagers could ask for to morph themselves into being the best version of themselves health and fitness wise. Get it.

You just gotta buy this!

I just LOVE this album. There isn't one song that I didn't like; it shows that they certainly are back for good with fantastic lyrics that give other bands a run for their money! I am so glad that they got back together (finally - what took you so long???) and can't wait to see what they do next. Welcome back boys!
