Delivery was almost a disaster as UPS did deliver to the wrong address, but they went above and beyond to rectify the problem on the same day! And they delivered a day earlier than expected. So great value for money -- like that I'm reusing and helping the planet! Really friendly customer support team. The only thing that lets it down is a very slow despatch time. This is specified in the listing, but is still frustrating.

After providing photographic evidence to the seller, they refused to admit their mistake and actually told me that I am wrong and that they sent the correct mattress. I had to return this mattres under the 14 day sleep warranty. The courier company they use did not provide me with the collection confirmation slip so I had to take photos to prove the seller the item was collected so they could get my refund. Poor service.
