Seller "Emmaus" was kind and polite in response to me when I had, in error, confused "Emmaus" with another Seller "A. N. Other" - so my overall experience with emmaushastings is one of delight and gratitude for professional way I was treated (even through I was wrong in my claiming the item had never arrived (I got my comic titles wrong etc), However; Yes a lot of embarrassment on my side of the fence.
