Exactly as described. Works flawlesslessly.

It's a simple case of entering your product key on the WIndows 10 download page, download and, using an existing installation of Windows 7 + installing to a USB drive. Once this is done, check the BIOS / UEFI settings are correct before installing otherwise this can be problematic. Other than that works as advertised. As for Windows 10 itself, I'm not much of a fan. I find it more cumbersome to use than Windows 7. Windows 10 using Cortana using all sorts of intelligent algorithms to trawl through your data when you search something in the Start menu, unfortunately it often does a terrible job and doesn't display programs installed locally on the machine; it will display programs in Windows Store, or search results from internet before it shows what's on your machine. It also shows advertisements of programs it would like you to install in the Start bar - it's very very intrusive. Ultimately, I found the Start menu experience so bad I installed Classic Shell which restores basic functionality without the bling and flashing adverts. Despite reviews saying performance is the same as Windows 10 if better I've failed to confirm this in real world use. I find it is much much slower in opening windows and switching between open programs. However, battery life may be better but I haven't been able to confirm this. I suspect this will depend on your particular machine and driver support - newer machines may not have drivers for Windows 7. Lastly, there are a number of privacy issues related to WIndows 10 and Cortana - a lot of your data is sent to Microsoft. With more recent versions of Windows 10 there are some privacy controls but what Microsoft is or is not collecting is not clear. Even with the privacy settings to the maximum what is installed on your machine is sent to Microsoft. Visually, the new style is more refined and overall pleasant with a push towards clearer settings menus however it is still fairly inconsistent for advanced users. There are some notable nice features such as the unified notification area, and mobile style quick access controls. You also have some control over metered connections such using your mobile hotspot. Overall it's a good product if you can bear the problems. For me though, it looks nice but I'm going back to Windows 7.

Ceramic Burr Manual Coffee Grinder Portable Hand Crank Stainless Coffee Mill

Superb compact stainless steel hand grinder

I've used the popular Hario mill in the past but this seems quicker and more compact. As a regular traveller this really is perfect for the money. This fits perfectly into an aeropress which helps even more when travelling. I only used it a few times so I can't comment on how long it will last but the burrs appear to be ceramic as stated and grind size is consistent. Unlike Hario models it doesn't have a locking mechanism to prevent this grind size changing while using it but it hasn't been an issue for me yet. Grind size can easily been changed from very fine (e.g. espresso) to very coarse (e.g. French press). Money seems to have been saved using thin stainless steel which for me is actually a huge benefit as it keeps the weight down. For the money, it's perfect for freshly ground coffee whilst travelling with an aeropress. Recommended.
