  Paid £4.00 for the dvd and £1.83 p&p. Couldn't even be arsed to send me the dvd. Also made feel so depressed with the constant hounding of messages asking if the item had arrived. Then told me to get my refund from royal mail. I would not give this person the time of day again. Just be very aware if you buy from them.

  The Buyer demanded a refund two days after the listing ended and could not understand there was a bank holiday weekend and expected next day delivery of the item. I provided tracking details for the item on more than one occasion, I received harassing messages up to ten times a day, I advised the buyer to open a case to resolve the issue which resulted in them receiving a full refund.
