  Camera was listed as used and working condition. The camera came in its original box that was wrapped in paper. No bubble wrap or anything to protect the item. Upon arrival, the camera did turn on but the lense was faulty. It would not focus. I then reached out to the seller to return the item and they were very rude. They told me it was listed “as is” in the description and because of that they will not accept a return. They verbatim told me to ask eBay to step in because they refused a refund.

  I had e-mail conversations with the seller-who told me he would not sell it for the dollar amount of my bid. He said e-bay set the original asking bid-not him-and he would not honor it. I explained that I had won the item-and that I wanted my money refunded if the bid were not honored. This is when I contacted e-bay-and my money was refunded thru pay-pay. I have never had any seller refuse to honor the winning bid. Thanks to e-bay and pay-pay for your assistance with this!
