  Royal Mail messed this up. They said the item had been delivered when it hadn't. Today I retrieved the item from the delivery office after it had allegedly been delivered! Not the seller's fault clearly. However I am leaving a big neutral as the seller was wholly disinclined to help me. S/he stated that I had to contact Royal Mail (which I did ultimately) however Royal Mail tell me it's the seller's responsibility to do this as it is the seller who has the contract with them. Good product though

  I ordered 1kg of the hot and spicy seasoning and was only sent 100g. I contacted the seller who said they would send the remaining order the next day and I have not received anything and no communication from the seller. I sent them a message kindly asking them to confirm they have sent the remaining order to which I received no response. Really upset and very very disappointed!!
