  Quite poor condition as it had all hay strands embedded into the fur hood and a dirty grease mark on the front. Because I attempted to wash this the seller wouldn’t refund even though she admitted in her messages it had hay in it, Sadly though she failed to mention this in her advert or I wouldn’t have bought it Was also over charged on postage and sent 2nd class when charged for first class over £6.14 I did question this and she part refunded postage

  Never had an issue with a buyer in 9 years of selling, offered postage refund when item didn’t arrive in the timeframe buyer expected as was sent 2nd class. Gilet was in excellent condition apart from some tiny hay particles. I would have taken the jacket back but buyer had washed the coat herself prior to reporting issues. Rudest buyer I’ve experienced so far.
