1 of 1 found this helpful I had ordered a pool cover from this company there was a slight misunderstanding the man was lovely on the phone I spoke to not rude at all very apologetic and said sorry for the mixup they accidentally send me The wrong size pool cover I thought it would take a couple of days for me to receive the right one I have got it the very next day with a pre-paid bag to put the old one in extremely happy with this company definitely look at using them again specially at these hard times that everyone is going through
