It was the same make as a kettle bought from another business which was fine however the toaster arrived with a 2 pin plug (!!) meaning my mother could not use it. I do not recall this being made clear at the point of purchase and have not heard back from the seller so the toaster still sits in its box, unused while my mother is without one.
