Something isnt right

Its a beautiful phone but something isnt right with it (or my carrier Telenor). People who call me often cant hear me very well. Compared to my previous Z1 I get about 1/10th of the reception, a lot of the time I am out of coverage. This never happened on the Z1. Also I am not receiving SMS, some get through then they just stop.
