Amazing book!

This is a great title, one of my favorite books, and one of my favorite authors too! This book is set in roman times, around Palmyra. It is an amazing book, and ill use the cliche 'cannot put down once you start reading it' because i couldnt. I read the whole thing in one sitting, and ended up buying the rest of the set due to the great quality of description and fast-paced action that puts you in the area. A book that will appeal to a great number of people, especially those who like anything to do with roman or battlefields, though i would recommend it to almost anyone.
