VidaXL Bidet toilet seat attachment

Although I have had the product for over a week, I have not been able to fit it in place. The connection with the water supplies do not readily marry up with the U K pipe sizes (.5" or 13mm) and as yet, I have been unable to find/sort any connections to make them fit correctly and easily. The fitting instructions are purely and only picture instructions with no written instructions or sizes and measurements. As you knew the product was coming to the UK, you should have included UK fitting parts. Had I been able to obtain the relevant extra parts to fit the product, with full written instructions, it would have been fitted straight away, and as yet have not been able to access the product fully.

Good product so far.

Appears to be a good product (only used once up till now). there were no instructions on how to use it with the prouct and had to e-mail for them.
