Worked Well
Dismantling a Ford Fiesta central console to get at the heater controls . These tools made all the difference - screwdrivers would have marked the surface - these did not.

Quality Product
Only had it a few days but it seems to be a top quality product. It looks good and seems to be solidly built. Should last a good few years.

Nearly and exact match
Now in regular use. It fitted easily, the only niggle was that the thermistor connection was different to the original John Lewis one and I had to replace the plug on the loom with individual spade connectors. Otherwise it was an easy job, trademarked by the same manufacturer as the original and a bargain at the price when I bought it.
