Easy to Use
This product is easy to use. Tablets of course slip down. The powder is very fine and is very easy to take as it disperses very quickly. The 'spoon' is really very tiny, not sure if you are supposed to level it off or as it often came out as quite heaped. As I was experiencing nasty bladder 'trouble' I use it as heaped. Have almost come to the end of the powder now and my 'trouble' is not much better. This would probably work if your systems are no so severe.
