  Unfortunately the item didn’t work on arrival (very quick delivery). Charged them overnight and tried the next day. Messaged seller and received a refund within hours. Although they didn’t work I would recommend seller for how quickly they dealt with my issue

  Terrible person to deal with. Item not as described in the listing. Would advise other buyers not to buy from this seller. Seller refused to refund cost of item. Had to ask eBay to step in. Demanded I used a certain company to return the item, then became angry at me for using another company. In messages, he called me rude, threatening and a nuisance. Although most of the time he ignored my messages. Another dropshipping business seller masquerading as a private seller.

  You made threats to 'financially ruin me' so I chose not to engage in an argument, you then returned the item with parts missing, in a terrible condition, not in original packaging. You then chose to ship it with Parcelforce (to the incorrect address instead of return address on the parcel) at double the cost of the carrier we sent it with then expected a refund of £90 when postage should have been £40 or less, if a genuine mistake fair enough, but this was done maliciously to cost us more money

  I made no threats to financially ruin you. The item was returned to your address as registered with eBay. Items CANNOT be returned to other addresses. All parts were sent back. Any parts lost and damage was caused by parcel force. I offered to start a compensation claim against them for you, but you are not interested. You were asked for a returns label but never supplied one. Therefore the fact that I chose a courier not of your liking is purely your problem.
