  Sent the item back because it was the wrong size. It also doesn’t come in a box which is unacceptable considering it’s a motorbike helmet and it’s supposed to save your life, not having it in a box and just having it wrapped up and being thrown around in transit it was really a disappointment so because of the no box I’m gonna have to give one star

  They say it was dispatched on Monday and yet the Royal Mail didnt get it until Thursday, after I had complained about none delivery onthe Thursday. Funnily enough tracking showed it collected on the Friday and I got it finally on the Monday. No explanation, the helmet was wrapped in bubble wrap, no box. And the mentioned free gift on the advert. Nope, didnt expect it and I wasnt disappointed when it was not there. Will I buy from them again, not a chance.
