Very Good if Your on a Budget
I've tried ecpensive protein and the difference isn't dramatic next to this.
Don't use the cheaper six star protein, with the red print. It's Garbage and you'll just gain blubber.
But this is a very good product, Probably the Best under 40 dollar Protein that Doesn't contain Creatine. It's Good with Milk, but Chocalate is awful mixed in Water.
Vanilla's ok in water, and least in won't make you nauseus.

Anyone Could Write Something Like This
There are about 25 pages that have some interesting sociological history, otherwise it seems like she just covers the same ground over and over again. And it's stuff you have already heard or thought of, no tips, the book is just full of filler.
