Leaks constantly
1 of 1 found this helpful Initial set up was fine, although the instructions were confusing, I managed to find a youtube video for this product which made assembly easier. After a few days we noticed that the reel became incredibly difficult, I'm not weak but it reached a point that I literally couldn't wind up the hose. We fully unreeled the hose as water was pouring out from the internal connection, we disconnected it and reattached thinking maybe had inserted in wrong, it did get easier to reel up the hose, although it still got stuck a few times. We tried the water again and it just blows the hose out of the connector and water gets everywhere. We can't seem to fix the issue and so it feels like £50.00 wasted.
