The part fit but it didn't fix my proble...
The part fit but it didn't fix my problem. I guess two items broke, the Eccentric Spring (fixed the Eccentric Lever) and the the dog spring. I now have to order the dog spring.

CHRIS PRODUCTS REG/INSPECTION PLATE Black, part number 620
The good: It looks fine and will fit a Rhode Island State Inspection sticker. Better than putting the inspection sticker on the fender or frame.
The bad: Made in China. Doesn't appear to be aluminum. I think it is plastic.
