Good with an adjustment
I have a standard bike rack but I had to adjust the installation because only one hole matched up. With one bolt and two zip ties, the light holder works great - keeps the light firmly mounted.

Too small for modern bikes
The clip looked like a good product and it felt like a good product but is too small for the smallest part of my handlebars on my road bike. I broke the bottom piece trying to spread it out enough to fit on my handlebars. I was also concerned about the rotation mechanism. It seemed sturdy but I was concerned as to how well it would hold up to repeated use.
If you have very skinny handlebars, this might be a good product for you but it wasn't a good product for me.

As a spark plug, it does its job.
