    Seller took 6 days to ship the item. I questioned why it hadn't been shipped after 5 days and was told it had been and the seller didn't know why it hadn't been scanned in to Royal Mail's system. Coincidently, it was scanned in to the sellers local Postoffice the following morning. I probably would have excepted it if the seller was honest with me.

    Our dispatch time as stated on eBay is three working days (though we do typically try to get items out much quicker) and the item was dispatched within this time by parcel postbox. Why it didn't enter the network and get scanned that day we don't know. Apologies both that the dispatch took some and that you feel we weren't honest in this matter.
