Item was as advertised and fair price. But, shipping was expensive and very very slow. It took over a week just to get it to FedEx, before they could even get started. It wound up being almost 10 days past time estimated for delivery. All with zero communication from seller. Amazon remains a far better choice for good shipping and communication.

The book was in the condition described and even better, but that was because the sheets were from high quality paper and i successfully cleaned them and in general right now its like a new. The communication was very easy dispatch time was in time delivery too so recommend the seller!

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. They ghost you after purchase. I ordered on January 1st no contact at all wouldn't respond to messages. Didn't arrive January 14th like it was supposed to. Just recieved a refund today January 22nd with no explanation. This was supposed to be a birthday present. Seller showed no compassion. 0 stars. I've never dealt with a seller like this.
