Item arrived quickly but the screen of the monitor wasn't immaculate as per description but with a small 1 inch scratch on one side of the monitor. Luckily I make videos of the unboxing just in case I need. Contacted the seller who was very professional and offered a partial refund that I accepted. Very professional, good communication and good aftersale experience. Very recommended! Thanks.

Sent quickly with adequate packaging. Item was NOT as described. The warehouse sent a 65W power brick not a 120W, making the item an expensive paper weight. I have been refunded as they didn't have the correct brick in stock. Having tried to source one, it seems impossible to get hold of one. I then subsequently got an offer notification offering the same item from the same seller with the right power brick. Can't tell if this is illicit practice or mugging me off. Buy with caution.

I apologise for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we had exhausted our stock of 120W power supplies by the time you reached out to us. To spare you the hassle of returning the item, I promptly issued a full refund without requesting its return. It seems the offer you received was automated and generated before I removed the listing. After processing your refund, I'd updated the listing to clarify that the docks were being sold without the PSU. Sorry for any confusion caused.
