    I hate to leave any negative review but i have to on this one. I ordered 3 New dimmer switches, arrived with 2 new, one opened with tape to reseal-package. That dimmer had been used, front plate scratched, accessory package opened and miissing some screws. I contacted this seller, received apologies and agreed for a refund. But here is my problem, i ordered and paid for new dimmers, not used, i don't want to waste my time to go to post office to send them back, waste money and very frustrated.
