Case parts cost virtually nothing and it is not the cost (pennies) that infuenced my decision. It's absolutely original and in NEW condition. Epson developed the specifications other manufacturers try to emulate.
We buy the Epson TM T88 MK3 because it is an extremely reliable and very sturdy unit. Even heavily used units can be easily restored by our engineers and turned around very quickly indeed. In our experience, the Epson TM range will out perform any other printer, because of the high build quality and integrity of components. Even the plastic on an Epson is more durable than the plastic of other printers. Our advice would be to deal with a company who have the experience and training to resolve any problem with a unit. The new Epson printer range comes with a full four year warranty. Our rebuilt units come with a full 12 month warranty. Our fully serviced units are built to "as new" A standard electrical equipment. 3L Steel Filler Sausage Stuffer Filling Machine Maker Kitchen Meat Grinder

SUPERB QUALITY SAUSAGE FILLER
I'm not a Butcher, but have been practising mincing sausage meat combinations for over a year now with a low end combined grinder and sausage maker. Whilst the "all in" grinder is good to learn how to make sausage effectively, passing meat through the grinder, warms the meat excessively and it is time consuming to pass and feed the meat back through the grinder to fill the sausage. It is far quicker and healthier to mince all the meat and seasoning and then run it through the filler all at the same time. The sausage are fresher and stay cooler especially if you add ice to the mix to maximise cooling of the meat. The sausage filler will ultimately fill sausage skins far more rapidly and is just generally more efficient, enabling faster packing and storage of the finished product, as well as a better finish to the sausage and less likelihood of skin splitting. The unit is a joy to clean, instead of that poorly finished auger in the grinder eventually losing it's plating, which is much harder to keep sterile. An absolute must for any aspiring sausage maker and especially from a hygiene point of view, this is a worthwhile investment. I cannot recommend it highly enough!
