Budget lapel mic!
This lightweight, low price lapel mic is suitable for use with smartphone (3.5mm only) or as I use it, with Olympus PCM digital recorder for adding voice overs to home video. It doesn't require any battery and picks up voice clearly when attached to my shirt.

Well made (from aluminium), compact adapter that allows any smartphone to me mounted on a standard tripod! Folds flat when not in use - very compact! Also functions as Arca-Swiss quick-release plate for cameras. Essential if you enjoy smartphone photography!

Cable, music, action!
This cable [impossible to find in high street stores] allows an audio source with 3.5mm output to be connected to HiFi system with RCA stereo inputs [I use it to connect my 12in laptop or tablet to my HiFi separates system-no Bluetooth, and wired connection sounds better.
