He was not requested to do this, or indeed did i want this. It was a done to increase his profit. When questioned about his action, he tried to justify it, by claiming cost of packaging. I paid £15.16 postage, his postage cost £7.65 plus £0.24 for padded envelope. That is profiteering on postage.
