Ma Tech rear BUIS

Good enough for US military and good enough for me as a backup. Only downside is that the sight uses two spaces on the rear of your rail and requires a primary scope mount that can mount in a position that will allow proper eye relief for the optics platform used. The presence of clearly marked and easy to use distance adjustments is unique and valuable as a backup iron sight feature. The lock down is tight and the sight does not interfere with charger handle use. Finish is excellent on these used sights that are over 10 years old with no evidence of rusting. Cheaper sights do not have the fit and finish of these professional backup sights I have used other less expensive backup sights and find the quality of these sights to be far superior. The flip up is not " spring loaded", but requires a firm finger pull up into position with a lock in that is easily felt and gives confidence that the sight will not move until you physically push it back down. Highly recommended.
