Heavy Splash
it's a bit too thick and heavy for a Splash, I would have expected a thinner cymbal, so although it appears to be a Hand Hammered model it sounds more like I would have expected from one made from B8 bronze. It's probably a good enough cymbal, just not really what I was looking for, not at all like the Hand Hammered 12" demonstrated on youtube.I guess it must be quite an old model.

good bargain
Brand new product with very slight damage to one edge that doesn't affect it's use and would hardly be noticed when in use.

keeps the heat well and not too hot to hold
It's a little bit flexable but you just need to make sure the hard plastic holder is correctly positioned and it works well. The holder is more heatproof than on most travel cups so it's much easier to hold with almost boiling water in it. Great for saving space in a backpack.
