Enjoyable Anime for laughs.
High school guy moves into a some what run down, but super cheap one room apartment. Next thing he knows he has a harem of beauties all vying to take over the apartment and refusing to leave. From a ghost to a magical girl, they all say they need the space, but he doesn't want to move out either, and so the fun begins. Too bad it is only one season.

Season 4 Part 1 and Waiting for Part 2
Difficult to skip if you have seen the first three seasons plus additions. Surprised by break at episode 11, leaves you hanging, and awaiting the remainder of the season or Part 2. Bell and his party are called upon to descend even lower into the dungeon facing the darkest of enemies. They survive one only to be caught up in a murder mystery and facing an even stronger foe. We have to wait for Part 2 and episode 12 to come out to see if they survive.

Totally enjoyable!
High school students with different personalities away from school run into each other and the romance begins. Great dialog, loads of laughs as the couple comes together, discover more about themselves and engage with friends.
