Great game but give it time to warm up

Funny game. Start off wondering what all the hype is about, and then the game world starts expanding and you find no end to do. Driving the cars is a little different from a standard car game, but soon adapted to. Each vehicle feels unique, can't wait to buy a helicopter. Missions are varied and interesting and you actually want to follow the stories of the characters, well except for the dog which I never use and couldn't care less about. Online GTA is a bile filled hell hole so don't be surprised if you try it and then give up after being spawn camped for an hour. To be honest the single player has enough content for tens of hours gameplay on it's own.
