2016 christmas present gone bad
5 of 5 found this helpful Purchased a bike stand from Factory wholesale Direct, LLC as a Christmas present for my wife. The caps you place on the axle end nuts as per directions that lock bike into place broke while she was riding it. The bike fell off the mount and threw my wife into the nearest wall. I thought this would be a good present and this was what she wanted as cycling is one of the best ways for someone with rheumatoid arthritis to exercise. I tried calling the company today and got a voice recording. We will see how that goes.
