Keep one in every pocket!
I keep a pen everywhere I possibly can - in my backpack, desk, and in the drawer near the couch - spills happen! Thanks to TideToGo I can save most of my clothes from long-term stains. Very easy to use!

Works well frozen or heated slowly
Heat in microwave in 5 second increments (15 should be enough) or leave in a pot of warm water. Gel molds make easier to use on other parts of body ie sore ankle or shoulder, etc. Recommend wrapping a light tea towel around after heating or cooling
