good quality machine

We are happy with this purchase. Magnavox also has a very good customer service system. I used it when I had some trouble getting the machine to accept blank DVD disks. They steered me in the right direction - needed "-R" instead of "+R" disks. This is the reason I am not giving this recorder/VCR a 5 star rating - I feel it is a small but irritating short coming. Otherwise, again, happy with it.
