Not bad

The metal speculum itself seems to be pretty well made, ratchets and releases easily, but I do think the springs would probably wear out if you floated enough teeth with it. The mouthpieces fit securely but they're still pretty easy to switch out. The straps are a little cheap but honestly this is a great buy for $50.

Decent

I was actually very surprised by this little monitor! Pulse ox works great. BP and EKG are a little finicky but not horrible. For the price and the size, it's pretty handy to be able throw some monitoring on a patient quickly.
