  Ignores messages. Wastes customer's money on unnecessary postage. Instead of shipping my four items in one package like I asked, ignored me and sent four items in three separate packages, unnecessarily turning a $15 dollar purchase into a $30 purchase to the benefit of eBay, the post office, and the seller, all paid for by me.
