I have no other experience of electric mowers, having used a Honda rotary mower with a rear roller for twenty eight years. However, that was getting heavy to manoeuvre in and out of the garage so I was looking for something else a little lighter perhaps.
They WORX Mower came very highly rated so I chose that and it arrived quickly, so five stars for Service. No assembly required other than the grass collector which is very easy. I charged the batteries overnight and said about my Lawns. It soon became apparent that the lowest setting was appropriate at this time of year for the blades and I also said the speed of the Mower at the end of its range. My only gripe was that getting under shrubs meant pulling the mower backwards to which there was some resistance until I worked out which handles to release boat that’s a usage issue and will disappear with practice.
The only serious omission is that of a rear roller. I have got used to nice stripes on my lawn and the absence of them now is a great pity. I note that other manufacturers supply rollers can be attached but sadly not WORX.
Otherwise, a very good machine.
