Stihl 032-AV ignition module replacement
Used this module on a Stihl 032-AV (electronic) with a bad module and the saw runs great now. For reference, on this saw, the NEGATIVE module terminal was grounded to the frame, and the POSITIVE module terminal was connected to the coil primary. The module was mounted directly to the coil frame using the UPPER coil mounting screw. That screw needs to be about a quarter-inch longer than the factory mounting screw due to the added thickness of the module. Piece of cake -- about a 5-minute job. Hope this info helps someone out,

Good kit and a happy customer.
1 of 1 found this helpful Needed a replacement for a badly scored MS361 jug. Customer couldn't afford OEM parts and it would have cost him considerably more than what he had paid for the saw, second-hand. Took a gamble on this aftermarket kit and was pleasantly surprised at the quality -- not bad at all. Well-machined and no fitment issues on installation. Tough to argue with the price, too. Bottom line: The saw runs great and the customer's happy with it.
