Only the original
I know talc is now "bad for you" but with some precautions you can mitigate any talc risks. Nothing beats the original with talc for comfort and feel. The modern cornstarch replacement is never as good, and cakes up. Hopefully I can keep finding the original version.

The grip is fine and makes the camera so...
The grip is fine and makes the camera so much better in terms of usability but the included soft release for the shutter button is kind of worthless and doesn't even thread into the shutter. It's almost as if the threads are so soft that they strip right out and it can't be used. The hot shoe cover while it looks nice is also far too loose in the flash hot shoe and it would fall out if you wiggle the camera around at all so it is well although it looks nice kind of useless.
