Not for beginners
I bought this in the hopes I could get back into yoga, and to help my husband to learn it. Unfortunately it's VERY advanced and just goes through long, complex sequences (forms) without showing the separate postures to practise first. No warm ups, just a slightly blurry dvd of a very pretty, beautifully controlled advanced yoga practitioner going through routines. Not for a beginner or for anyone wanting to learn yoga. On the plus side it reached us very quickly after ordering. Very disappointed.

Excellent stamps
Really useful stamps that can be used in journals, in cards, in crafting. Love them! Red rubber stamps that initially need to be separated carefully using a sharp craft knife or very sharp scissors. Beautifully made.

Disappointing
The book doesn't give the detailed explanations and examples that I was expecting.
