Easy leg movement adjustability (and lock-straight for bedtime immobilisation) helped me heal quicker
I felt my knee clunk out of joint while doing an action sport. This worn for two weeks solid (it has brilliant leg movement adjustability) and then the following two weeks as required (but always at night to keep the leg straight) definitely helped the healing simply by preventing adverse movement. I have no affiliation with this brand, I just conclude it 100% helped me heal rapidly.
