  Good quality item, exactly as described, and excellent customer service. The only issue in my experience was with the delivery; but that was down to Parcel Force who didn't leave a card to tell me that they had been to my home, and not received any response. As a result I didn't receive the item when I expected, and it had to be redelivered, but the tracking number provided by the seller really helped in this case. A positive experience with this seller overall.
