This is the firs negative Dear customer, sincerely, I don't understand your claims, and why you didn't even try to discuss a possible solution. The description clearly states that this is not an original part but a replica that needs to be glued. Regarding shipping time, the item arrived within 5 working days, which is quite reasonable for an international shipment.
