This workout is great for you thighs, arms and overall toning, this video has a total of 3 miles, you can stop and 1 or 2 miles, I love the way I feel after doing this workout.

I love the strength training for the legs on this. The only complaint I have is that I was extremely sore for 3 days after doing so many lunges. don't know if that is really a bad thing or not, it works... I would recommend getting a resistance cord for the legs to do the end part of the work-out b/c she does use one. I really like this video, mostly I am just doing cardio but this really hits the spot to strengh train and shape those muscles.. and the video is only like 30 minutes, which I like b/c I work-out in the morning before I go to work..
